LEFT END rocked Northeast Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and points far beyond with its flamboyant in-your-face glam/punk style for nearly twenty years. The group, once signed to Polydor Records, produced many popular singles and albums that are still getting airplay thirty-five years later. LEFT END’s onstage antics behind outrageous singer, Dennis T. Menass, earned the group labels such as “The Bad Boys of Rock,” and “The Monster That Ate Cleveland.” Many stories about the band have become legend. The group’s tenacious attitude, aggressiveness and shrewd business savvy kept it a popular brand name in the rock world from 1970 through 1985. LEFT END re-united and performed in concert from 1988 through 1991. The group got together again for limited concert performances from 2000 through 2004. But watch out! Just like the locusts…LEFT END may return again.
